I have a 2006 307SW. If you pull or twist the stalk the wipers activate but no wash. There is no sound from the pump. checked all fuses in BM34, Replaced the washer pump, tested for voltage at the connector (none), reset the BSI unit, kicked the wheels and cursed my wife for wanting a french car.
